Three-drawer Baroque miniature chest of drawers as a traveling chest with a hinged lid and bronze handles. The inside of the lid is mirrored and the interior is fitted with brass holders for ink and salt as well as additional compartments for pen holders. The special feature is the fold-out writing surface covered with brown leather and gold trim. The chest of drawers stands on volute legs with a curved frame and carved shell decoration on the front and is veneered in walnut.
