Ebonized Étagère, Vienna, 1st Half 19th Century

Elegant ebonized étagère raised on an octagonal base with a tapered central column. Above rises a four-tiered structure with circular platforms of varying sizes. The tiers are connected by slender wooden struts, giving the piece a light and architectural appearance. The ebonized finish remains in unrestored condition, showing some fading and age-related wear, particularly at the base.
