Biedermeier writing commode veneered in walnut with ebonized moldings and recessed corner details. The lower section features two drawers with brass fittings. The upper drawer pulls out and opens to form a writing surface. The interior is ebonized and fitted with two small drawers and a deep central compartment. The commode has been professionally restored and hand-polished.
