Biedermeier secretary desk in birch veneer featuring a three-drawer base, flat fall-front writing surface, and a top drawer. The cylindrical upper section with a single door, S-shaped volute supports, and a triangular pediment crowns the composition. Oval ebonized escutcheons accent the drawers.
The interior is architecturally structured, comprising nine drawers arranged around a central tabernacle compartment with ebonized column supports and a pedimented top. The drawer fronts feature diamond-pattern inlays and small brass knobs. Expertly restored and hand-polished.
