Four armchairs originally designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1903 for the Purkersdorf Sanatorium in Vienna. The geometric concept of the armchairs, consisting of white lacquered vertical struts, exemplifies the innovative power of the Vienna Secession and the Wiener Werkstätte. This model is covered with a black and white woven seat and fitted with black and white cushions with geometric patterns. Signs of age and wear. This is a reproduction from the 2nd half of the 20th century.
