Wonderful Biedermeier Mantel Clock / Musical Clock / Music Box from northern Germany from the early 19th Century. This musical clock with a roman clock face has a walnut case in a temple-shape. Two full ionic columns are on the left and right side supporting a profiled architrave and a simple pediment. The substructure is also profiled. The round clock face has a glass lid in a round brass ring. The cylinder peg drum is integrated in the substructure. The clock can be wound up and adjusted on the right side. The clock can be opened in the back. HxWxD: 25.2 x 18.1 x 7.1 inches.
