A Biedermeier secretaire, veneered in walnut, with a two-drawer base, a flat writing flap and a head drawer that rests on the ebonised column supports at the sides. The columns are replaced by pilasters in the lower part. The escutcheons are ebonised. The secretaire has a very beautiful interior with six small drawers and a mirrored compartment with ebonised columns and radial decoration. The upper wide compartment is surrounded by elegant arcade arches with ebonised decorations. The secretaire has been expertly restored and polished by hand.
