Set of six Biedermeier chairs featuring balloon-shaped backrests with heart-shaped cut-outs and a marquetry splat decorated with leaf motifs and subtle shading. Fine string inlays elegantly frame the backrests. Veneered in walnut, the chairs stand on slender tapered square legs. The seats are upholstered in an elegant gold-toned fabric, and the frames have been hand polished.
